Order processing typically begins within 24 hours. After that, custom orders cannot be canceled, as production has started and materials have been assigned.
In-Stock Doll Orders
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
- If you cancel after the order has shipped, we will deduct the costs of shipping, labor, and packaging from your refund.
What If the Item Is Out of Stock?
In rare cases where an in-stock item becomes unavailable, you’ll be offered:
- Free Replacement — Choose a similar model; price differences will be adjusted, and we may offer a bonus item as a goodwill gesture.
- Full Refund — 100% refund to your original payment method.

🔒 Important Notes
- Hygiene First – Due to the intimate nature of sex dolls, returns are only accepted if the doll is unused and in original condition.
- No Unauthorized Returns – Please contact us first before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
- Custom Dolls Are Final Sale – Dolls with personalized features (skin tone, breast size, vagina style, etc.) cannot be returned.
